How to Sync Google Contacts to iPhone or iPad.
Do you’ve a bunch of contacts in Gmail or with a Google account that you just wish to sync to your iPhone or iPad? While you’ll have already added a Gmail account to your iPhone or iPad when organising e-mail, in the event you didn’t select to toggle Contacts to sync, then it’s possible you’ll not have entry to these Google contacts which can be related to that account.
Not to fret, it’s straightforward to sync Google contacts to your iPhone or iPad and have them out there natively within the Contacts app.
How to Sync Google / Gmail Contacts with iPhone or iPad
- Open the ‘Settings’ app
- Go to “Contacts”
- Tap on “Accounts” and select “Add Account”
- Tap on Google
- Login to your Gmail / Google account and faucet next
- Choose to Allow iOS/iPadOS accessing your Google account
- Make certain that Contacts is switched ON (and optionally, Mail and different toggles too) then faucet on “Save”
Now your entire Google / Gmail contacts will sync to your iPhone or iPad.
If you open the Contacts app, it is best to discover the extra contacts from Google/Gmail now synchronized along with your device, and amidst your different contacts.
